Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days if the items are in stock and not on pre-order. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
During high-volume periods such as the holiday season, processing times may extend up to 9 business days. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early during these times.
Domestic Shipping
We ship all U.S. orders via USPS or UPS.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Please note that factors like severe weather, distance, or unexpected delays may extend this timeframe.
Once you receive your tracking number, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly with any delivery issues.
Interested in express shipping? Some orders may qualify. To check if your order is eligible, please email us at info@arumas.co before purchasing.
If your package is missing or was mis delivered, please first file a claim with USPS or UPS. We’re happy to assist once a valid claim number has been submitted to us.
Pre-Orders
Each pre-order item includes an estimated shipping date in the product description. Please review this carefully before placing your order.
Pre-orders do not qualify for express shipping.
Processing begins on the release date listed, or the next business day if that date falls on a weekend or holiday.
- Once processing begins, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once the pre-order is ready.
We reserve the right to update release dates if needed and will notify customers of any changes in advance.
